How to Enter

STAR Awards
Review the categories and judging criteria on this website.
Complete a STAR Awards Entry Form for each entry. The Overall Communications Award requires a separate entry form, although additional samples are not required. Entry forms are in interactive PDF format and can be downloaded to your computer for completion.
Mail the Entry Form(s) along with:
  • Eight samples of each entry (For web entries, please include screen shots and/or URLs.)
  • $300 fee per entry for MFEA Members
  • $600 fee per entry for  non-Members
Items that have previously received a STAR Award and have not been significantly revised should not be submitted for consideration.
 
Community Investment Award
This prestigious award will recognize the firm that utilizes resources to support their community through special programs, partnerships, in-kind goods and services and employee volunteering in their community. To enter:
 Complete a Community Investment Award Entry Form for each entry.
 Provide a written summary and samples of program materials.
Mail the Entry Form along with:
  •  Eight sets of the summary and program materials
  •  $500 fee per entry for MFEA Members
  •  $1,000 fee per entry for non-Members
 
Leadership Award
In recognition of mutual fund marketing and distribution executives that are leading the way in their respective mutual fund practice areas, the MFEA will present Leadership Awards. Winners will be selected from each MFEA Executive Council. Only members of MFEA Executive Councils may submit nominations.
